1. Products and Services Eligible for Refund

  • Agricultural Products: If you receive agricultural products that are damaged, defective, or not as described, you are eligible for a refund or exchange. Products that are perishable (such as fresh produce) may not be eligible for a refund once delivered.
  • Services: If you are not satisfied with any of the services we provide (such as consulting, pest management, irrigation installation, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of service completion. We will assess the issue and either provide a reservice, correction, or refund depending on the situation.

2. Refund Request Process

  4. Evaluation: Once we receive your refund request, we will assess the situation. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, we will approve your refund and process it promptly.

3. Refund Approval and Processing Time

  • Once your refund request is approved, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Refunds will typically be processed within 5-7 business days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method used for the transaction.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Certain products and services may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

  • Perishable items that have already been delivered and are no longer in their original condition.
  • Custom services that have been tailored to your specific needs (e.g., farm design or consulting services) unless there is an error or dissatisfaction with the work done.

5. Cancellations

  • Service Cancellation: You may cancel a service within 24 hours of booking without penalty. After this period, a cancellation fee may apply depending on the stage of service delivery.
  • Product Cancellation: If you wish to cancel an order for agricultural products, please contact us within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, cancellation may not be possible.
